Kerrigan is a tall, skinny girl with a pretty face. On the outside, she seems like your average American teenager. She likes to dress in jeans and cute shirts most of the time. She doesn't go out of her way to look amazing but she also makes sure that she doesn't look like a slob. Her hair falls tot he small of her back and is a dark blonde color. Her eyes are light brown, almost amber, and her skin is clear and tan.

Kerrigan was born to a wealthy business man named Andrew Fletcher and his girlfriend, Diana Monroe. Shortly after her birth, Andrew found out the Diana was married and had three children already. Angered by this news, he begged the court for full custody of his daughter, Kerrigan, and moved with her to Houston, Texas. It didn't take too long for him to climb to corporate ladder and become extremely wealthy.
As Kerrigan was growing up, her father noticed that she had an uncanny knack for empathizing with others. She often understood what they were thinking and knew the best way to help before the person even knew what had happened. When she got old enough to read, Kerrigan began to deepen her interest in human psychology. By the time she was seven, she had read and learned so much about the human mind and how it works that she was able to console even the most aggravated of people.
Shortly after her seventh birthday, Kerrigan's mother, Diana Monroe, came back and tried to take Kerrigan away from Andrew. In response, Andrew signed Kerrigan up to apply for the prestigious Brightvale Academy's Psychology department. He didn't know if she was good enough to get in, but he had hoped that her being a seven year old and brilliant would help. Kerrigan was accepted to Brightvale the following year and she began classes there when she was eight..
She was one of the few students to actually begin the Brightvale journey at such a young age. She only went home to her father when she was forced out of the dorms for the summer. Kerrigan loved being at Brightvale. Throughout her years there, she has only grown more attached to the school and the thought of being a psychologist.

Kerrigan is a bright and happy-go-lucky girl. If you met her outside of school, you would never guess that she is a psychological prodigy. Because she understand the human mind, and how it works, she can easily adjust to many different environments. She is a friendly girl and is easily taken for granted because of her empathetic streak that constantly gets her into trouble. She frequently spends night alone because she doesn't know how to interact with people outside of understand what they are thinking, which can freak people out. She is a practiced mentalist, reading the body language and movements of others in order to seemingly read their minds. She isn't bothered by people's opinions of her but does wish that she could meet someone who understand that she does it instinctively, not to be creepy.
